Today’s beverage is a Teufelsbier (Devil’s Beer) Marzen. This is a good one, maybe a very good one, my favorite so far.
Märzen beers have their origins in Bavaria, probably before the 16th century. Often brewed in the spring Marzens are stored in beer cellars until autumn and served at annual fall festivals.
